Sorry I did not say Happy Birthday to you as well. Hope you have spoken to George Billings!!! I’ll never forget him tackling me during 105 lb football practice. Ha ha it was great.

Happy birthday, Emerson. Hope you are well, and that you have a great year leading up to #74. Still amazed that you remembered "Little Georgie" Billings from Jr high wrestling at Conestoga.

Em, Early Happy birthday to and old (both lining time and now also age) friend. Still amazed the connection of you (coach) and "Little Georgie" Billings (my former "boss"). Hope you have a great year.

Em...Happy Birthday! Hope you have many more healthy and Happy Birthdays. Be safe with all those candles.
Em,
Hope your birthday is fun, and that you have a great year. I got lots of laughs from your recollection of "Little Georgie" Billings who you coached at Conestoga HS. George was my boss for my last ten years in the steel business.
Happy Birthday Em hope it's a great day and year.
I called him Fred.....we sat next to each other in homeroom for 3 years. We played homeroom softball next to each other. He would pick me up for basketball practice over Xmas break each year as I would walk. He was always taking care! At the reunion he called out..."Heh shrimpy" and started to laugh as that is what he called me. He will be missed! Rest in piece!
I was saddened by the news but lazily, did not respond. I then read Carol's message and totally concurred. Carol...you really hit the nail on the head.....Dennis the Menance and Eddie Haskel...how true....ha ha ha. Easy to look back now and laugh. This coming from another Dennis the Menance. ha ha.
Regardless of any situations..he was still a classmate and we are all sorry to have him leave so early. And as all said....who could forget that devilsih smile!
Thanks very much for putting such a meaningful twist on this.....

Em,
Hope your birthday and upcoming year re great. Enjoyed talking to you at the reunion school tour, and learning of your career at Conestoga HS. When I returned to Atlanta, I called my old boss, "Little Georgie" Billings over in Charleston and shared our conversation. He admired you as his wrestling coach at Conestoga, and enjoyed hearing that you and I had been classmates. Have a great #69.
Gerry
