What a sad day for all of us that we have lost this beautiful, brilliant and remarkable friend.  Toni and I were close friends in early high school years and shared our Italian heritage and family stories  I enjoyed dinner at her house and remember well her mother. When Toni took a summer chemistry course at Lasalle during high school, I spent a day with her on campus. Little did we realize where Toni would go from there. Fortunately, we reunited a few years ago and I got to see her beautiful smiling face again.

What sad news. A beautiful person and first-rate scholar.

I am just heart sick. Toni, Sue Boymel, Armina Papazian and I were great friends and shared many classes and study sessions together. Toni, Sue and I also were in the same class at LaSalle that Rita mentioned. I did not know she had ALS, and am sorry for all that she had to endure with that. I will cherish the memories.
