Robert “Bob” Kiefer, 74 of West Chester, PA passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at his home after a five year battle with emphysema.
Born July 6, 1946, in Elizabeth, NJ he was the son of the late Francis Xavier Kiefer and the late Dorothy Jean Kiefer.
Bob graduated from Haverford High School, Havertown, PA (Class of 65). He also attended the Hussian School of Art in Philadelphia, PA.
Bob worked over 30 years as an Audiologist/Salesperson for Miracle-Ear. He was awarded top salesperson numerous times over his career.
A devout catholic Bob served as a Eucharistic Minister for decades at SS. Philip and James Catholic Church in Exton, PA and SS. Simon and Jude Catholic Church in West Chester, PA.
He was a proud member of the Chester County Corvette Club and won many awards showcasing his 1960 Resto-Mod Corvette.
He enjoyed photography, collecting and showing muscle cars and attending his grandsons’ sporting events.
Bob is survived by his son, Christian John Kiefer (Jill), his grandsons Colin, Owen and Dylan. He is also survived by his sister, Christine Foster (Bruce) and his nieces and nephew Deedre Foster, Sommer Santoro and Matthew Foster.
Family and friends are invited to Saints Simon and Jude Catholic Church, 8 Cavanaugh Court, West Chester, PA. 19382, on Wednesday, January 13, 2021. Visitation will be held 11:00-11:45am, followed by the Funeral Mass.
